Project: New office block, Ludlow Eco Park – summer 2011
ISB Contracting Provided plant and labour to turn this ‘green-field’ site into new a new office block and car park.
Phase 1 Included the site strip, foundations and structural floor slab. The construction of a lift shaft within the offices was
also an integral part of this build. Surface water drainage, was expelled in a nearby lake within the site, via various catch pits
to filter the water.
Phase 2 saw the external kerbing, paving, service ducts, bins stores, block paving and macadam surfacing in order to complete this project on time and within budget.
